These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services, including painting, furniture assembly, and handyman work, provided by PanFix, based in Limassol, Cyprus.

By requesting a quote, booking a job, or receiving services from PanFix, you agree to the following terms:


1. Scope of Services

PanFix offers a variety of home improvement and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior painting

  • Furniture assembly

  • Small-scale repairs, installations, and other handyman tasks

Services are provided based on availability, safety, and job feasibility. PanFix reserves the right to accept or decline services at its sole discretion.


2. Responsibility & Liability

PanFix is not responsible for:

  • Faulty, missing, or damaged materials or furniture provided by the customer

  • Incorrect or incomplete manufacturer instructions

  • Delays caused by inaccessible locations, poor communication, or third-party suppliers

  • Paint or finish outcomes when materials or surfaces are provided by the customer

  • Job delays or cancellations due to conditions beyond our control

  • Removal or disposal of packaging, garbage, or any materials resulting from the assembly or service

  • Carrying furniture, boxes, or equipment up stairs or into specific rooms — items must be pre-positioned on the correct floor and in the location where they are to be assembled or serviced

PanFix’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages under any circumstances.


3. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on customer-provided details and valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change if:

  • The scope of work is adjusted on-site

  • Additional time or materials are needed

  • Conditions differ significantly from those described

We will notify you in advance before applying any additional charges.


4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

  • Appointments must be confirmed via form, message, or email

  • Full payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept cash or bank transfer (invoice available upon request)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee

PanFix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule jobs due to emergencies, weather, or safety issues.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and accessible workspace

  • Providing all necessary parts, furniture, or equipment on-site and in advance

  • Placing furniture and materials in the room and on the floor where the service will take place

  • Being present or assigning someone to grant access and approve work

  • Informing us in advance of any special conditions (e.g., restricted access, no lift)

Failure to meet these responsibilities may lead to additional charges or incomplete service.


6. Service Quality & Warranties

While PanFix aims to deliver high-quality, professional results:

  • We do not provide warranties unless agreed in writing

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by faulty products, poorly prepared surfaces, or third-party suppliers

  • No guarantees are made for services using client-provided materials


7. Use of Work Photos

PanFix may request to take photos of completed work (e.g., painted rooms, assembled furniture) for use in its marketing materials, including our website and social media channels.

We will only take and publish such photos with the client’s prior verbal or written permission. No identifying information (e.g., faces, names, addresses, or personal belongings) will ever be shown.


8. Marketing Communication

If you opt in, we may contact you by SMS or email for promotions, updates, and service reminders. You can unsubscribe anytime.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.


10. Brand Independence

PanFix operates as an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any furniture or product brands. Any product references are solely for service context and do not imply partnership
